The terms for using this site.

These cover the website and anything you buy on it. The report, the study and plan, the Fix and the monthly visibility adjustments are bought online at the price shown. Larger work, such as a website rebuild, custom coding, a new tool integration or the $2,500 monthly service, is covered by a written agreement we both sign before it starts, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Buying online

The report, the study and plan and the Fix can be bought by card on this site, at the price shown when you pay. The monthly visibility adjustments plan is for customers who have already done one of these, and it starts from a link we send you. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details. If we can't deliver your report or your study and plan, you get a full refund.

The Fix is a six-month commitment. It is six monthly payments of $299, starting when you buy. After the sixth payment it becomes the $99 a month visibility adjustments plan on its own, which renews each month until you cancel. If you cancel the Fix before we've started the work, you get a full refund of what you paid. Once we've started, the remaining monthly payments are still owed. You can cancel the visibility adjustments plan any time, from your billing page or by replying to any email from us, and it ends at the close of the month you've paid for.

Everything else on this page is priced for a conversation, and nothing else can be accepted by clicking.

What you get when you buy, and what we can't promise

This covers everything bought on this site. Please read it before you pay.

What we promise

• The report. We ask the questions described on this site, record what each AI assistant answered at the time we asked, and give it to you as we found it. Nothing added, nothing left out. The checks on your website and on the other businesses are what we found on the day we looked.
• The study and plan. A written study of why AI is not naming your business, and an action plan: what to change, in order, with the evidence behind each step. It is a plan. Making the changes is not included.
• The Fix. For six months we carry out the plan on the accounts and website you give us access to, and check each step. We need that access and your answers within a few days, and we can't work without them. It does not include a website rebuild, custom coding or building new tool integrations. Those are quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work starts.
• Visibility adjustments. Up to three adjustments a month: light changes to keep your visibility up as AI and search change. Each month we also ask the same questions again and send you a short note on what moved. It does not include coding work, or rebuilding or restructuring your website.
• Refunds. If we can't deliver your report or your study and plan, you get a full refund. If you cancel the Fix before we've started the work, you get a full refund.

What we can't promise

• AI answers change. The same question can get a different answer an hour later, on another device, from another account or from another place. The report is accurate to the moment we asked. It's a snapshot, not a standing fact about your business.
• Nobody controls whether an AI names your business. We don't, and neither does anyone else selling this. We don't promise that any AI assistant will name you, after the fix or at any other time.
• We don't promise results. Not more customers, calls, bookings, sales or rankings, and not by any date.
• Other AI assistants may answer differently. The report covers the assistants it names, on the day it names.
• Information about other businesses comes from public sources. Ratings, reviews and websites are what web search showed on the day. Where we couldn't confirm something, the report says so. We don't promise that any of it is complete or current.
• AI tools do part of the work. We use them to ask the questions and to write parts of the report from what we found. Code, not an AI, decides who was named. Mistakes are still possible. If you spot one, tell us and we'll correct it.
• Google and the other platforms have the final say. Google reviews changes to a Business Profile and can delay, reject or undo them. Any platform can change its rules, and a fix that's right today may matter less later.
• This isn't legal, tax or financial advice. It's a picture of what AI assistants said about your market, and a list of changes based on it.

Your part

What you tell us about your business is accurate, and you have the right to give us access to any account you share with us. Decisions about your business and its listings stay yours.

Limit of what we owe

To the extent the law allows, the most Amped Markets LTD Co owes you for anything bought on this site is what you paid for it. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost customers or any indirect or consequential loss.

By paying for any of these, you accept these terms.

The 90-day warranty on custom builds

This covers custom automation builds that we quote and agree in writing. The report, the study and plan, the Fix and the visibility adjustments are covered in the section above.

• What it covers. For 90 days after we hand over a full build, if anything we built stops working the way the written scope says it should, we fix it or rebuild it at no charge.
• What it does not cover. Changes made by other companies, such as a bank, a software platform or a form that gets redesigned. New requests. Changes made by anyone else.
• How to use it. Tell us in writing what stopped working, within the 90 days.
• After day 90. The Monthly Care Plan takes over, if you chose it. It is optional.
• What it is not. It is not a promise of any result, saving or income. It is a promise that what we built keeps working the way the written scope says.

What we will not claim, repeated here because it matters

• Nobody controls whether an AI system names your business. We do not, and neither does anyone selling you the same service.
• Nobody can prove a particular customer arrived because of AI. That traffic does not identify itself.
• Nobody can give you a date. Two to three months is normal and it is not a switch that gets flipped.

Anything on this site that sounds like a result is an illustration of the work, not a guarantee of an outcome.

The example on the home page

The AI answer shown on the home page is a real result from a real search for med spas in Alpharetta, run on the date shown in the report it came from. Businesses named in it are named because an AI system named them. Nothing about it is an endorsement by them of us, or by us of them, and AI answers change, so it is a snapshot rather than a standing statement about any business in it.

The free check

The free check is free, and there is no obligation attached to it in either direction. It runs automatically, usually within minutes. We send you what came back whether it flatters you or not, and that is the end of it unless you write again.

Text messages

Our assistant, Thomas, can answer text messages sent to 470‑361‑0100. By texting that number, or by telling us in writing that texting is fine, you agree to receive text messages from Amped Markets LTD Co about what you asked us for, such as replies, confirmations, reminders and alerts about your account or order. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not asked for them, and agreeing to be texted is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming it and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or email jerry@amped-markets.com. Message frequency varies with what you have asked us for. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. What belongs to whom

The text, design and logo on this site belong to Amped Markets LTD Co. Reports we write for you belong to you once they are paid for. Anything you send us stays yours, and we do not use it as an example anywhere without asking you first.

Links to other places

Where this site points somewhere else, that place is not ours and we are not answerable for it.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is error free or continuously available. To the extent the law allows, Amped Markets LTD Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and any liability connected with paid work is governed by the agreement covering that work, or, for anything bought on this site, by "What you get when you buy, and what we can't promise" above.
