Business automation · We build it, then we keep it running
Your back office, built so someone checks it.
Receipts sorted. Deadlines tracked. Follow-ups sent. A month-end summary waiting in your inbox. We build the system that does the repeat work, then we stay on to keep it running.
Who it is for
Owners who do their own back office, often late at night.
Nobody else is going to do it, so it lands on you.
Take a real estate broker or salesperson. Every deal has a paperwork file. Commissions to track and split. Expenses to sort. Books that have to be right. In real estate, there are so many checks and balances that have to be managed. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. The steps are the same most of the time, and they all land on one person.
That is the kind of work we want to take off your plate. It is an example of who we help, not a promise about any result until it's built and proven.
What it can look like
A broker's week, once the system is built.
These are the kinds of jobs we build. Your list will be different.
You photograph a receipt in the parking lot. By the time you sit down, it is in your expense sheet with the date and a category, and nobody typed it.
A deal goes under contract. Every deadline on the transaction checklist lands on your calendar, and a reminder goes out two days before each one is due.
A new buyer inquiry arrives at 9:40 at night. They get a real reply within minutes. If they go quiet, a follow-up is queued for three days later, and you only hear about it if they answer.
On the first of the month, one page lands in your inbox. Commissions in, expenses out, and what is still owed to you.
Every one of these is built, tested and checked before it touches your real work. We show you the checks, and you decide what runs.
How it works
Five steps. You stay in charge of every one.
We look at how your business runs
You walk us through a normal week, and we mark every job you did more than once. Those repeats are where your hours go.
We pick the jobs worth automating
Not every job is. We pick the ones that follow the same steps every time and have a result we can check, and we tell you in writing which ones we are leaving alone.
We build each one and test it
It gets tested before it touches your real work.
We set it up in your accounts
You open the doors, but you hold the keys and you can close them again whenever you like.
We watch it and maintain it
Forms change. A bank changes a layout. A rule needs adjusting. Someone has to notice, and that is part of the service.
What it costs
Full build projects from $3,000.
Optional monthly care plans from $1,195.
Where you land depends on what your business does.
You tell us what takes your time and we quote it in writing before we start. The price we agree is the price you pay because it's based exactly on what we've agreed the deliverable looks like, and it does not move halfway through unless you change it.
The monthly care plan is the ongoing part. Every month we check that each job ran, fix whatever broke, adjust it when a form or a rule changes, and send you a short note saying exactly what we touched.
Straight with you
What we will not do.
You cannot hand a business to automation software and walk away. Not yet. So everything we build is checked, and a person stays in charge of the money and the decisions.
- Guarantee an increase in revenue, or a certain savings amount. However, we ask that you let us walk you through an ROI based on your numbers, your information. Nothing made up, nothing invented. We think you'll be surprised at what impact this can have on your time and your business.
- Say that nothing will ever break. It will, sometimes, and that is why the monthly part exists.
- Make decisions on your behalf, those are yours and yours alone.
Here is what you do get.
The entire scope of work in writing.
Every job tested before it touches your real work.
Checks built into everything, and we show you what they are.
A 90-day warranty on every full build. If what we built stops working as written, we fix it free.
Access only to the accounts the job touches, and you can close them any time.
Monthly monitoring and a plain-English note on what we changed.
A price agreed up front that does not change halfway through.
Questions people ask
Short answers.
Can you guarantee results?
Yes, and No. We stand behind what we do and the systems we build. That's a promise. But nobody can promise that an automated system is going to save you money or generate X amount of revenue. In simplest terms: We build it, we test it, we constantly check it, and we stand behind it.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
For 90 days after we hand over a full build, if anything we built stops working the way the written scope says it should, we fix it or rebuild it at no charge. It covers what we built. It does not cover changes made by other companies, like a bank, a software platform or a form that gets redesigned. It does not cover new requests or changes made by anyone else. When the 90 days end, the monthly care plan takes over.
What access do you need?
Only the accounts the job touches. You open the doors and sign in yourself. We work inside them, and you can close them at any time. We do not ask for your bank login to move money.
What happens when something breaks?
It will, sometimes. We watch the work, catch problems and fix them. That is what the monthly care pays for.
I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. You tell us what takes your time, in your own words. We handle the rest and explain what we did in plain English. And we make it simple for you as well.
